报错：No utility model is configured for 'copilot-utility-small' while the selected main agent model is BYOK.

现象就是我用了vscode自带这个聊天的AI工具，然后配置了一个openai兼容的模型，使用auto就没有问题，使用自己配置的模型就报错如图。

此外，我配置了如下图的插件，配置了endpoint URL和key，就可以了。配置key的话，需要如下操作：
Open Command Palette (Ctrl+Shift+P / Cmd+Shift+P)
